Fingercheck's newest feature is our new Service Desk help center. The Service Desk is a revamped tool located on the right-hand side of your screen. Just click on the Service Desk tab and it gives you access to the Fingercheck help desk, resources, articles, tutorials, FAQs, and more all in one place.
To speak with one of our support team specialists, we've replaced the previous link.
Now, you navigate to the Service Desk on the right-hand side of the screen
then Get Help tab
to Chat with Us.
Overview of Service Desk
You’ll find the Service Desk slide-out tab on the right-hand side of the web application, and upon clicking on the widget, you’ll be able to:
