Effortlessly Grant Accountants Access to Your Company!

Do you work with an accounting firm that needs easy access to your company's records? Would you like to make it simpler? Fingercheck simplifies the procedure and makes it easy to grant access to your company to accountants with just a few clicks.

Upon granting access, your accountant can view the following:

  • Payroll
  • Reports
  • General ledgers
  • Tax forms
  • Compliance blogs and more

To add an accountant to your company, follow these steps:

Log in to your company using your administrator credentials.

  1. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Setup.
  2. Proceed to Security, then Security Users.
  3. Click "Add."
  4. Choose the "Add Accountant" option and click "Continue."
  5. Search for an accountant by name or firm name.
  6. Select your accountant.
  7. Click "Grant access."

Your accountant will receive an email notification containing details on accessing their personal Accountant Portal, linked to your company's information.

Can't find your accountant in the search results?

No problem! You can easily refer them by clicking "Register my accountant" and providing their name, firm, email, and phone number. We'll handle the rest!
