We've enhanced the process of mass emailing W-2 and 1099 forms to terminated employees, resulting in improved system performance. An email confirmation will be sent once the W-2/1099 emails are successfully sent to terminated employees. Stay informed and enjoy a smoother experience!

Admins setting up a job fencing policy can select RestrictConsecutiveMinutes which will restrict employees from being able to punch in/out before a set period of time has passed since their last punch. This helps both employees and companies stay compliant with breaks and lunches.

The POD dashboard has been updated to enhance user navigation. Renamed from Payout Requests and Enrollment Requests to just Payouts and Enrollments, since the tabs contain both active requests and histories.

The available balance comes with an "As of" date, and here's how it works:

CurrentPeriodBeginDate: Calculates the available balance from the first day of the current pay period, through the current date.

System reports: Admins have the convenience of adjusting filters when they run reports. This helps save time by eliminating the need to edit reports.
401(k) catch-up is your ticket to flexibility in managing contributions!
The available catch-up codes encompass 401k, Roth 401k, Roth 403B, IRA, and Roth IRA. Additionally, there is an option to include an employer match when setting up the deduction into your Fingercheck account.

Payroll import - an employee receives a single check even though the payroll import file reports multiple checks using a different PayNumber.
Users signing up for Fingercheck are able to click the 'Create account' and ‘Complete signup’ buttons multiple times.
Users receive an error when they select some links using a mobile device while browsing the Fingercheck small business page.
Signup - Users signing up for Fingercheck were not receiving the verification email when they selected ‘resend verification email’
Google account users signing up for Fingercheck receive incorrect questions at Step 2 of the account registration.
Update the confirmation message when users add a shift to the schedule.
Payroll - PA local tax is calculated when the employee’s gross wages are $0.
