Feature Focus - January & February 2025
We are starting the year 2025 with great momentum. This Feature Focus update brings improvements to time tracking, scheduling, and team communication. The mobile app Employee Schedule has been completely redesigned for a better user experience, and administrators can now add personalized messages to employee time cards on both web and mobile devices. While Team Chat now instantly deletes fired employees to maintain precise access control, schedule updates improve shift detail pages.
Time Card Updates
Custom Messages on Time Cards: Admins with the "Setup Module" role can add a message at the signature screen.
Portrait Mode for Timesheet Approval (Android): Brings consistency across iOS and Android.
Employee Schedule Redesign: This feature enhances the mobile scheduling experience with a refreshed look and improved interactions across key screens, including My Shifts, Team View, Open Shifts, Shift Details, and Absence Details for both Android and iOS.
Shift Detail Page Enhancements (Android): Cleaner UI, improved task visibility, and better alignment.
Team Schedule: Onboarding employees’ assigned shifts now display with their names but remain unavailable for requests.
Immediate Removal of Terminated Employees from Team Chat: Prevents access to chat and message history after termination.
Bug Fixes
Payroll Chatbot Fix: Missing "Yes/No" options for payroll confirmation have been restored.
PTO Rollover Corrections: Fixes ensure PTO balances reset correctly at the start of the year.
Schedule Fixes (Android): Removes duplicate dividers, improves task progress bar visibility, and optimizes calendar picker usability.
Time Clock App Employee Fetch Fix: Ensures all employees load properly for large companies.
Schedule: Filters no longer reset after navigating away from the scheduler.
