Shift Smarter, Work Easier: Templates make scheduling faster than ever!
We’ve updated the filtering options to make it easier to find the templates you need. Template selection has been improved for a smoother experience.
Introduction to three practical options:
Group by: Categorize templates by Department, Job, Task, etc.
Filter by: Further refine template selection based on specific criteria.
Day: Filter templates by specific days of the week.
Also, when you apply a filter to your schedule module, the templates shown to you will intelligently match the filters you’ve already selected.
New sort options for shifts:
Enhanced usability and organization of shift management.
Flexible sorting by shift start time, end time, employee name, job, task, CostCenters, schedule color, and shift duration.

Users with setup role rights can now effortlessly navigate to the HR Documents tab directly from the Human Resources menu. This streamlines the process of uploading HR documents for seamless management.
Plus, don't worry! Despite this addition, the "Documents" option remains visible and clickable from Setup > HR > Documents, ensuring accessibility for all users.

Enhance your Workflow with the Employee Email Display Field!
The 'employee email' is a new display field in Workflow Tasks! Now, users with role rights can seamlessly include the employee's email address directly in task details. Here's what's in store:
The 'employee email' field is prominently visible in workflow task details, ensuring effortless tracking of assignments.
Better yet, when tasks are assigned to employees, the 'employee email' field automatically populates with their email addresses. Say goodbye to manual entry hassles!

We've spruced up the sick leave accrual template for our New Jersey clients, ensuring seamless compliance with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Here's the scoop:
Rollover carryforward enabled: Say hello to flexibility! Employees can now enjoy the perk of rollover carryforward for their accrued sick leave, ensuring no more lost hours!
Max carryover increased to 40: The maximum carryover limit has been boosted to 40 hours, giving employees even more flexibility and peace of mind.

Approve Time Cards not showing columns properly
An error messages displays when attempting to complete the onboarding wizard when the spelling of the Onboarding status description was changed
Users are being asked multiple times to enter an authentication code after they have already authenticated
Schedule page icons are clickable for users working with Open Shifts, Trades, and Covers
Users were allowed to set up a duplicate workers comp Code when one already existed
The “Agree” button was not enabled with some browsers due to different zoom levels of the browser
Employees are not able to sign onboarding documents without previewing
