Payroll
Payroll corrections
You can select a reason when a payroll is edited or reversed. This increased communication enables Fingercheck to streamline the corrected payroll process.
You will see a warning notifying the funds drafted for a previous payroll will not be returned immediately. This helps you make an informed decision about continuing to delete a payroll.
Payroll validations
At step 5 of the payroll process, you will have the option to export payroll errors that are sorted by errors and warnings. Each error now has an assigned Error Number.

Schedule
You have the option to show when employees are available regardless of their assigned Cost Center, Job, or Task. The Schedule Settings help you have more control over your scheduling process.

Fingercheck Virtual Assistant
Admins can now access the Help Center from within the Fingercheck Virtual Assistant. This helps you get the most out of Fingercheck by accessing the Help Center to get answers to your questions.
Hiring
Admins and Supervisors can export applicants to Excel. This allows you to have access and organize applicants outside of Fingercheck.

Bug Fixes
Mobile - Dashboard time should be synced with the device's time zone.
Corrected the date fields on Workflow emails that were inadvertently showing time in various outputs, such as variables.
Resolved hours and earnings were not displayed for approved absence requests.
Resolved the issue with PA/NJ reciprocity taxes for the Philadelphia EIT in payroll calculations.
Fixed the behavior of the Workflow System-only toggle. It will now be set to "On" or "Enabled" by default when creating a new Workflow template, eliminating the need to refresh the page.
