New Update: Robust Custom Calculation
Custom calculations are typically used to process calculations outside of the system's jurisdiction. (Ex. Weighted overtime average is calculated through a series of steps in order to find the appropriate average; Custom calculations can execute this)
This time around, we have updated this feature so that now we can reference any custom fields that have been created, in the custom calculations!
For example, if a company does not want an employee’s OverTime to be allocated towards the default job in the system, with this feature, they can instead allocate it towards a different job when using the custom fields.
