Ability for employees to select which notifications to receive

Employees should have the option to pick what kind of notifications to receive (email/push notification). For example an employee received a lot of emails regarding their schedule being uploaded due to the ER publishing the schedule to the next few months. There should be an option to omit that from the notification they receive.
