Customize Timecard Employee Info

Above the timecards under Time&Labor > Timecards, where it shows the employees dept, job, location and etc. Admin is requesting this to be customizable since they do not use Superivosr, location, job and/or task. ultimately, admin would like to include Cost Center 2 and rehire date instead in that area
