Display Total Hours on Time Card in Hours and Minutes Format

I suggest that the total hours worked on the time card should be displayed in hours and minutes. For example, if I worked for 1 hour and 54 minutes, the current time card shows the work time as "1.93." I think this should be changed to "1:54."
