As an admin I want to access predefined interview questions set by the hiring manager, so that I can ask relevant questions without relying on external notes, ensuring a consistent and structured interview process.
GIVEN I am reviewing a job in the hiring module during the interview process
WHEN I view the job details or applicant profile
THEN there should be a section labeled “Interview Questions” where questions added by the hiring manager are displayed.
AND these questions should be editable by the hiring manager when setting up the job or position.
AND I should be able to mark questions as “Answered” or take notes during the interview directly in the system.
