Client would like that when the Admin approves or declines an Open Shift Request that they can add a note to the request. Primarily for their declined shifts. The reason for this is that they decline a lot of shifts for different reasons and would like to be able to let the employees know why they are having their shift declined. Currently when declining a shift it just sends an email to the employee saying it had been declined.
