Retain last Department/Job clocked into

There's this option to select a department and then job. While I've never done anything else except of driving for this company i always had to select one. Maybe there should be an option to set a default department/jop or it should stay as it was in the last job you did in this case people who mostly do one type of job they shouldn't have to select every time they clock in/out. And also why do i have to select a department/job when clocking out?

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve recently made an update to make clocking in and out easier! If your admin assigns a job and department when creating your shift, these details will now be prefilled when you clock in—so you won’t have to select them manually.
Plus, your selected job and department will be retained when you clock out, so you won’t need to reselect them. If you’re still being asked to choose a job and department each time, you may want to check with your admin to ensure they’re being added to your shift.
